Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Sensory Playhouse offers high quality, individualized, private pediatric occupational therapy services for children of all ages. At Sensory Playhouse we focus on: one child at a time. Children and families work 1:1 together with their therapist. We strongly encourage parent participation in all sessions and provide thorough programs for home and school carryover. We work with children and families to overcome challenges with sensory processing, gross motor and fine motor skills.

Our thorough OT assessments will provide families answers to the child's difficulties with learning, motor delays, handwriting struggles, behavior problems at home/school, problems with focus/attention, and many more.

We focus on a child's strengths, while working on the skills they need to be more successful in their home or classroom environment. OT sessions are focused on the child and driven by the child, are fun and memorable!

At Sensory Playhouse, we help enable children with sensory processing challenges to accurately detect, regulate and interpret sensations, form appropriate motor and behavioral responses so that they can perform everyday activities.

Sessions are full of play, building relationships, regulation and building a child's confidence to feel the sense of success. Parents are allowed in all sessions and work directly with the child and therapist as much as possible.
